Covid-19 Policy Update
To Our Valued Patients and Families,
Due to the recent COVID 19 pandemic, we are implementing several measures to ensure the safety or our patient and our staff. These policies will remain in effect until further notice.
- One guest per patient (including ultrasound)
- No children under the age of 18 (unless they have an appointment with one of our providers)
- Please do not come to our office if you have any upper respiratory symptoms or a fever. Please call our office for instructions.
- Please call the office if you have recently traveled in the past 14 days or were exposed to a suspected case of COVID 19.
- We will have a new check in procedure. Please call the office to check in. We request that you wait in your car, we will call you when a room becomes available to lessen waiting room exposure.
